Subclass 500/
Student Visa

To study in Australia you must have a valid student visa, Subclass 500.Subclass 500 is designed to make student visa applications more straightforward and has replaced the old visa .Since 1 July 2016 assessment  replaces the previous assessment level system Student visa applications are assessed on the basis of the education provider , the intended course of study and the country of passport.

Subclass 457

Subclas 457 visa allows Australian or overseas employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers accompanied by their immediate families, for a period of between one day and four years to work in Australia temporarily. 
Subclass 457 comprises of a three-stage procedure whereby an employer applies to become an approved sponsor and then nominates a skilled overseas worker to fill a specific position.

Subclass 485

Subclass 485  Temporary Graduate visa  allows the eligible applicants to live, study and work in Australia temporarily after you have finished your studies. Students are only able to access the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) once as a primary applicant.
This visa has two streams:
Graduate Work stream.
Post-Study Work stream/
Post-Study Work stream Regional.

Subclass 600

If you are outside Australia, you must hold a passport from an eligible country to apply online for a Visitor visa (subclass 600). Visitor Visa lets you visit Australia to visit or for business visitor purposes. This visa can be allowed for up to 12 months . In Australia, all passport holders can apply online for a Visitor visa extension.

Subclass 820

Subclass 820 visa permits the spouse or de factor partner of an Australian citizen , permanent resident or eligible New Zealand Citizen to live in Australia. Subclass 820 , temporary Partner visa is the first stage towards a permanent partner visa  ( subclass 801) . you must be in Australia when you apply and also at the time of decision. For offshore applicants, Subclass 309 , temporary partner visa is the first stage towards a permanent partner visa subclass 100.

Subclass 189

subclass 189 ( Independent Visa ) is a permanent work visa for individuals who have the qualifications or skills required to fill Australia’s skilled worker shortages.
 Australian skilled visa for skilled workers who are not sponsored by an employer, a state or territory, or a family member. A visa holder can live and work permanently anywhere in Australia.
To be eligible for this visa category , visa applicants must satisfy the requirements by achieving the pass mark of 60 points.
